Declining financial and operational performance during the same period reflected the significant challenges faced by the client.  In 12 weeks of turnaround plan diagnostic we benchmarked more than 500 process and operational elements across all the core automotive functions.  Twelve turnaround initiatives build on 40+ prioritized sub-initiatives were identified. EBITDA benefits in excess of $500M over 5 years were identified. $45M in benefits were realized or locked in by the Triumph's and client’s team in the first year of project.
